Deborah Lippmann is a luxury brand that I have grown to love over the last few years. My love affair began when I lived in Miami where sandals are staple pretty much all year round and the client in my chair had Brazillian bronzed feet poking dressed in beautiful silver & gold slingbacks with a delicous shade of fushia on her toes. I had to know what the shade was right away! It was Between the Sheets by DL and don't you know I bought it straight away from the Coral Gables Nordstrom. That shade opened Pandora's Box, if you will, which has snowballed into what I now call My DL Collection.
Here are the recent additions/replenishment DL products that has me tipping the scales at 280 polishes now :/ Between the Sheets is still my all time favorite pedi color but now I can't live without her Cuticle Remover, Base Coat in Turn Back Time which is my go-to when I wear darker shades and all reds and my favorite pale shade, bumping out the cult favorite Mademoiselle by Essie, is La Vie En Rose which is very similar but with a subtle shimmer.
I'm currently testing the DL Gel Lab Series Base & Top Coat and will update this post with a review when I've used it a few times. A few other notable mentions from this collection are Good Girl Gone Bad which is a glittery ruby polish ideal for fall, Champagne Supernova which is perfect for upcoming Holiday parties, Stop and Stare is my favorite DL naughty red shade, Groove is in the Heart will get your tips ready for sring, Crush on You is a pinky pop for summer and my two favorite glitter polishes from her range are Bad Romance, a deep & bright purple and Cleopatra in New York, another cult favorite with a black base and gold chunky glitter.
