I always get a kick out of YouTube videos showing what's in other peoples' showers so I thought you might like to see what goes on in mine ;) I adore Phyto shampoos and conditioners so I have two of each which I alternate between. When I'm showering before bed I exfoliate with Whish Lavender Sugar Scrub.
Now you may notice duplicates of certain products and that's because I alternate between them depending on what's going to follow my shower. For example, if I am going to apply self tanner I exfoliate with Kate Sommerville Body Scrub because it doesn't leave the oily residue that my Whish scrub does.
I also have two cleansers - Josie Maran Cleansing Oil for days that I am going to use RetinA and Peter Thomas Roth Beta Hydroxy Cleansing Gel for the other days.
You will ALWAYS find Laura Mercier Face Polish in my shower (and in my travel bag) because this is by far the most superior granular exfoliation out there! This is the giant size they sold last year (I bought 3). Sometimes I use it with my Clarisonic and sometimes just with my finger tips in circular motions.
The two body washes I like right now are both by Whish. One is a gentle Coconut exfoliating wash and the other is a basic wash scented with Pomegranate. I use my green scrubbie with either of these washes.
If I feel like breakouts are beginning on my back I use the long handled scubbie with Neutrogena Grapefruit Body Wash with Salicylic Acid. I use this more in the summer months.
You'll see my standard razor and a clip to keep my hair off my back while my conditioner is sitting. Did you know that is the 2nd most common cause of breakouts on the upper back?
Now the old lady in me is afraid of slipping in the shower and likes the softness of the gel river rock bath mat on my tired paws. Don't judge.
